IPO for Elementos Ltd
Elementos has lodged its replacement Prospectus with ASIC to raise between $6.25 and $8.25 million and to list on the ASX on the 17 December 2009. The offer is underwritten to $6.25 million by Martin Place Securities (“MPS”), lead broker to the IPO. The offer will open on 16 November 2009.

Metminco Placement Completed
Metminco (ASX: MNC)
On the 24th September 2009, Martin Place Securities successfully assisted Metminco (ASX: MNC) take part in a placement of stock, to raise $2.5MIL, allowing Metminco to purchase an entire share holding in Hampton Mining Limited.
Hampton has a portfolio of six projects, five in Chile and one in Peru.
